Purpose: As a best practice, we recommend you upload your StatCrew Season XML file after each game during the regular season to ensure your app is up-to-date with team and player stats.
Additionally, if there is a game that isn't receiving live stats via StatCrew or StatBroadcast, we recommend that you upload the StatCrew Game XML to the portal within 24 hours of the game final score.
Generally, if you plan to upload both a season file and a game file after a particular game, we recommend uploading the game file first, followed by the season XML file.
How:
Step 1: Navigate to the import screen on the portal (there are several paths to get to the correct screen).
Step 2: Select “StatCrew” from the dropdown and click “Choose File”.
Step 3: Select the correct game .xml file or season .xml file from your computer and click the purple import button.
Step 4: Verify that the file was uploaded correctly by looking for the green success bar across the top of the screen. If you get an orange or red bar, the import failed.

Step 5: If the import fails, you can get in contact with your customer success coach who will help troubleshoot and make sure the stats get imported.
