Rewards Configuration:

The first step to setting up your FanX Rewards Program is to navigate to "Operations" -> "Rewards Configuration".  On this page you'll be able to build the skeleton of your program including:

  1. Adding Groups & Subgroups for users to subscribe to (NOTE: each group must have at least 1 subgroup)
  2. Restricting rewards access to only certain email suffixes [Optional]
  3. Adding or changing the graphic to be used for the rewards program
  4. Filling out the Rules & Regulations of the program (including How to Redeem Prizes)


Make sure to save your changes when you're done!



Rewards Prizes:

The next step to setting up the FanX Rewards Program is to navigate to "Operations" -> "Rewards Prizes".  This is the page where you can add the prize inventory that your fans will be competing for. 

  1. Click the "Add +" button to create a new item.  The system is going to ask for the item name, description, price, and image.
  2. Publish the item after creating it to make sure it shows up for fans.

PANDA PRO TIP: In the description of each prize, it can be helpful to describe how the user can redeem the prize.



Rewards Points:

The final step to set up your program is to add points to the events that will be "Check-in-able".  To do that, you will navigate to "Sports" -> "Games".  Each game has a field called rewards points that you can fill out.  Filling out that field will set the point value for that game and make it "Check-in-able".  NOTE: This will not set the point value for all games.
