Purpose

FanX customers who use Ticketmaster for one or more of their teams are eligible for our Ticketmaster SDK integration.  The integration allows fans to sign into their Ticketmaster account manager and access any tickets they have purchased online or through the app.  The key actions that fans can take through the SDK are:

  • Log in to their Ticketmaster account manager (and remain logged in)
  • Access previously purchased tickets (and scan into games)
  • Add tickets to their Apple or Google wallet
  • Transfer or sell tickets


Steps for Turning on the Integration

  1. Reach out to your Customer Success Coach letting them know you would like the Ticketmaster integration activated
  2. Your CSC will send you a Statement of Work  to our Connector Program
  3. Email a contact at Ticketmaster granting FNO permission to integrate
    • Your CSC will provide a templated note and contact info for this step
  4. Work with your Customer Success Coach to determine where the Ticket section will live in the app
    • Most of our clients have a tickets card on the home screen + an option in the side menu for accessing the integration
  5. Create marketing materials to inform your fans how the integration changes their ticketing process
