As of a release in August of 2022, all rewards users will be required to have a password for their rewards profile. Starting Monday, August 15th, 2022, all users will be logged out of their rewards profiles in order to create a password for their profile. Follow these steps to create your first password and log back in to your rewards profile to continue earning points!
Navigate to Your Rewards Profile
In the app, navigate to your rewards profile and get to the log-in screen. For existing users, click 'SIGN IN' at the bottom of the page.
Initiate a Password Reset
Since you haven't created a password yet, you will need to select the 'Forgot Password?' button to initiate a password reset. After selecting 'Forgot Password?', enter your email address and click the 'SEND' button at the bottom.
Check Your Email
You will see a page in the app telling you to check your email, and an email should arrive in your inbox shortly. Be sure to check your connection, as poor connection can lead to the email taking longer to deliver. If you don't see the email in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folders. The email will be sent from support@fnoex.com.
Once you receive the email, click the first link and it will take you to a page to reset your password. If that first link doesn't work, you can copy and paste the second link below in the email.
Reset Your Password
After clicking the link in the email, you will be directed to a web page to create your password. Type in your desired password and click the blue 'Reset Password' button.
Return to the App and Log In!
Return to the app and reselect the 'SIGN IN' button. Enter your email and brand new password and sign into your rewards profile! Earn points and have fun!
